April is almost here! Time to get out and enjoy the warmer temperatures and beautiful weather! We've made a list of some must-see events happening in North Alabama this month.



Cocktails at The View

Every Wednesday evening beginning April 3rd

Watch the sun go down and enjoy a cocktail on our elevated Overlook.  You bring your friends, we provide The View. Gorgeous sunsets and the best view of Huntsville return this April. Cocktails at The View is held every Wednesday evening April through October, rain or shine.


The Village of Providence Farmers and Artisans Market

Begins April 6th, every Saturday

Operating from 9 am to 2 pm, the market provides a regular opportunity for the community to engage with local artisans and farmers. At the market, a diverse array of handmade items, homemade goodies, and homegrown produce are showcased, offering visitors the chance to support and connect with these talented individuals.


Solar Eclipse Viewing Party & Lunch

April 8th

Join us at Burritt for the best views in Huntsville! The festivities include fun and educational activities. Live music by Huntsville’s Mike Ball playing 70’s, 80’s and 90’s favorites.

Have lunch before the viewing begins. Pre-purchased boxed Lunches include a solar-themed menu.

Bamalama: Rebirth Brass Band

April 11th

Rebirth Brass Band kicks off BAMALAMA Backyard Concerts hosted in the Artist Meadow of The Orion Amphitheater! In partnership with Microwave Dave Music Education Foundation, BAMALAMA concerts are one-of-a-kind with support from local artists and musicians. Bring your friends + family, a lawn chair, or a blanket, and enjoy an evening of fantastic live music!


Battle of the Buffalo: Round 15

April 13th

Featured Event, Battle of the Buffalo Wing Festival will boast wing entries from local restaurants, various vendors from the community, a celebrity judging panel that includes key individuals across the Huntsville/Madison areas, an entire afternoon of live music, and a kid-friendly fun zone.


Crawfish Festival 2024

April 20th

Mark your calendars for our 4th Annual MidCity Crawfish Festival coming on Saturday - April 20, 2024, benefitting local non-profit, Kids to Love!


Panoply

April 26th-28th

Panoply is the Southeast’s premier arts weekend, where Huntsville’s innovative spark shines through a festival of art, music, and more! Whether you want to expand your art collection, engage in creative play with your children, enjoy some North Alabama music, or simply scope out the scene — there is something for everyone to experience at Panoply.
