Getting Your House Ready: Listing Photos

Quick Tips

  • All blinds should be at a 45 degree angle pointing downwards

  • Turn off all fans

  • Turn on every light including lamps, under counter lights, and closet lights

  • Remove clutter and close toilet lids

  • Hide trashcans

  • Turn on fireplace if possible

Front & Back (Exterior)

  • Remove cars from the driveway

  • Sweep walkway

  • Put toys away

  • Pick up leaves and sticks

Main Areas (Interior)

  • Remove personal items and photos

  • Open shades and blinds

  • Replace burned out light bulbs
