Chances are, your children will only want your dishes if they saw you use them and have memories from their childhood attached to them. Ask your kids what they remember about these items. See if it's something they will use or display. If not, out with the old!


Your Kids Don’t Want Your Stuff

Your children have probably already developed their own sense of style by the time they are in their 20’s. Some of your keepsakes may be in line with the "look" they're going for with their style or in their own home. But, they may not want your porcelain cat statue or your leopard print cardigan.
